Forum Title: New carpet decision

Masland Stainmaster Key West or Masland Oceanside. With an upgraded pad the Keywest seems like it would be a good option and a lot less expensive but the Oceanside feels so soft and comfortable. I now have carpet analysis paralysis. I have looked at carpet talked to sales reps until I am totally confused. I am down to the choices that I have listed and want to make sure I do not make a very expensive mistake. I would love to hear from someone who has had both of these carpets and some insight into whether I am on the right track.

I'm an installer, but will try to check out the samples next opportunity. However, may I suggest that it's OK to Treat yourself every once in awhile............OR purchase the less expensive style and spend the balance for a facial + massage ! Best of luck Mike
